A little more about us ☕️

Before we decided on this business venture, before trying to decide on a menu, it was just us and our coffee. In mugs, in travel cups, in coffee shops here on the island to across the world from Seattle, New Zealand, Korea, Rome and more. Coffee meant more than a pick-me-up, it meant connection. It brought us joy, grounded us in the moment, and gave us a reason to pause.

Years later, nothing’s changed. We still believe the best part of coffee is what happens around it. The conversations. The cultures. The people.

Behind this little dream is the two of us. Me, Paula, a self-taught entrepreneur with a love for creating, and Emil, an ER nurse who runs on compassion (and caffeine). Together, we’re building this with our whole heart.

And this little dream of ours? It’s rooted in those connections. Not comparison. Not competition. Just the kind of love that grows when we share what we love with others.
